When you are a patient at Old Naples Concierge Medicine, you are an extended part of our family. Our doctors and team are devoted to providing you the best experience and ensuring you are confident in the care plan developed together. Currently Dr. Stephen Karem is accepting new patients.

The first visit will be a meet and greet with our concierge doctor. This will ensure we have common goals and are able to provide the best care for you.

Once we have determined that we are a great partner in your continued health, we will schedule your first exam. This is a highly comprehensive exam including onsite blood work, an In Body Scan, discussing your medical history and your future goals. Be prepared to be in the office about 90 minutes that day.

Beyond your annual exam, as your concierge doctor, we are here for you each and every day. You will be provided access to your doctor via personal contact information. At this point, we are now a part of your medical journey and are looking forward to it!
